Why the two halves are in one place
Recruitment and immigration are usually two companies, and the seam between them is where people lose months. The recruiter finds the job, then hands you to someone who has never spoken to the employer; the immigration file asks for details only the recruiter knows; each waits on the other. Running both in one team removes the handoff — the same people who placed you file the paperwork, and there is one person to ask what stage you are at.
What we will not do
- We will not tell you that you qualify when you do not. A refusal follows you, and it makes the next application harder.
- We will not promise a specific timeline for a decision that belongs to a government department.
- We will not present a candidate to an employer to fill a number. If the profile does not match, the placement fails twice — once for you and once for them.
