How a placement actually runs

• You write to us with your profession, years of experience and where you would like to work. This does not need a formal CV to start.
• We tell you honestly whether there is a fit — now, later, or not at the level you are aiming at. This is the fastest part and the one that saves the most time.
• Screening and interview with us, then with the employer. We only put forward profiles we think will be hired.
• The offer and the paperwork start together, so the immigration file is not waiting on a document nobody asked for.
• Arrival and the first months — onboarding, housing leads and the practical setup that makes the first weeks survivable.

What helps your application

• Proof of the experience you are claiming — references, letters, certificates.
• Language ability, honestly stated. Some roles need very little English and some need a lot; being wrong about which costs you the placement.
• Any trade certification, and whether it is recognised in Canada. If it is not, that is often solvable and worth knowing early.
• A valid passport, and any previous visa refusals from any country. Tell us about refusals at the start — they change the approach, not the answer.
